Recipe for Pina Colada Punch
One of the most delicious drinks, the Pina Colada, was first invented in Puerto Rico. It is made from coconut milk and pineapple. There are two versions of Pina Colada, one contains alcohol and the other is virgin. For the alcohol version, you need to add light rum in the ingredients. On the other hand if you are having a virgin Pina Colada, you can still enjoy the drink with the same taste. Follow some simple instructions to help you make both Pina Colada Punch versions.
You can pick your favourite version of Pina Colada and then start making it in order to enjoy the perfect drink for summers. There are certain ingredients in the recipe which are necessary, but others you can change according to your taste and choice; for instance, alcohol.

Pina Colada Punch Recipe I:

Yield: 04 glasses
Utensils: cups, bowl, blender
Ingredients:
Pineapple Juice: 5 cups
7-up soda: 1 litre
Real cream of coconut: 1 can
Limes: 2
Light rum: 1 and ½ cups (optional)
Chill the ingredients
First you need to chill all the ingredients in a refrigerator.
Add pineapple juice and cream of coconut
Next you need to take a blender and add two cups of pineapple juice. Then add cream of coconut and turn on the blender. You are required to mix these two ingredients properly to get the desired texture.
Add remaining juice, 7 up and lime
After mixing two cups of pineapple juice and cream of coconut, you need to add the remaining three cups of the pineapple juice. Also, add 7 up and lime juice to the mixture.
Add light rum if you desire
Now you need to add one and half cups of rum if you want to make the alcohol version of the Pina Colada. Remember to add light rum in the mixture.
Garnish cups
Next, you need to garnish cups and you can do this with help of cut lime slices.
Serve with ice
In the end you can serve your punch with ice cubes or crushed ice. -

Ingredients:
Vanilla ice cream: ½ gallon
Crushed pineapple: 1 (20 ounce) can
Coconut cream: 1 (8 ounce) can
Pineapple juice: 1 (46 fluid ounce) can
light rum: 2 cups
lemon-lime flavoured carbonated beverage: 1 (2 litre) bottle
Directions
Get a large plastic container and pour in ice cream, crushed pineapple, pineapple juice, coconut cream and rum. Then mix these ingredients. After this you need to slowly add lemon-lime soda while mixing the ingredients. Freeze the mixture for almost four hours.
