Resignation Email to HR
A resignation email to HR is an email stating your intentions about leaving the company, you are working in, while providing the reason(s) behind your resignation.
In the email, you will have to mention the email address of the HR officials, and the subject of the email in the subject field.
In the first paragraph of the email, you will have to mention your intentions for leaving the organisation, along with the notice period that you are required to serve.
In the second paragraph, you can ask for your remaining salary, and provident fund, if any.
Thereafter, you can mention any further information related to your job, such as loans, perks, etc.

In addition to my due salary, I also want to withdraw the entire amount from my provident fund account that I hold with the company. Please clear my provident fund dues along with my due salary.
