Resignation Emails for Personal Reasons
Personal reasons sometimes drive different people’s decisions to resign from their companies. Such types of resignations are usually for private reasons, and confidentiality of such reasons should be kept by the employer. It depends on the employee whether he/she wants to share his/her personal reasons with the company management or he/she just keeps it to himself/herself.
The format for such email is same as for any other resignation email. The only difference is the reason why an employee decided to leave the organisation. In the first paragraph, the employee should clearly mention the reason for their resignation, along with the time period theywill serve as a notice period, after resigning from their job.
In the second paragraph, you can add further details why you are not able to continue your services with the company. Lastly, you can thank the company for providing you opportunity to excel in your career.

After giving a seasoned thought, I would like to offer my resignation due to some unavoidable personal matters that are not allowing me to continue offering my services for the Lucas Technologies.
It was never an easy decision to make, especially when I was enjoying working in a delightful environment. However, there come times when you have to take far more important decisions in life, especially when it comes to family matters. That is what prompted me to offer my resignation from the position of Assistant Manager Accounts, after giving a long though.
As per the company policy, I am ready to serve the notice period of 2 weeks, and I will be more than happy if I will be of any use to you for any specific project during these days.
