St Paul’s Cathedral is one of the oldest cathedrals in the world as its roots originate from a cathedral that was present on this site about 1600 years ago. The church that was first built on this site was founded in 604 AD. St Paul’s Cathedral is associated with Church of England and it is also the seat of Bishop of London as he sits here. Present Cathedral celebrated its 300th anniversary in 2010 as it was built in 17 century and it was designed by a famous architect sir Christopher Wren. Visiting Hours:
Cathedral welcomes visits from 8:30am to 4pm, 7 days a week. Last entry in the cathedral is at 4PM. If you need to visit the upper galleries inside the cathedral, they are open from 9:30am to 4:15pm.

Tickets:
Adult tickets cost £14.50 per person but if you visit the cathedral in a group of 10 or more than the ticket will cost you £13.50 per person. Students can get a discount of 1 to 2 pounds. Children tickets cost £ 5.50 per child. For more updated prices visit St Paul’s Cathedral Tickets Page.

Getting in Free:
If you go to visit the Cathedral during Services then you can get in to the Cathedral free of cost. Daily services run at 07:30am, 8am and 12: 30pm. Choral Evensong service is offered at 5pm daily. So if you are able to get in the Cathedral for the services, you can have a complete visit free of cost.
