Summer Tomato Herb Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
– 300 g cherry tomatoes
– 300 g spring onions
– one clove garlic
– Handful Fresh Basil leaves
– Handful Fresh coriander
– Salt and pepper to taste

Halve the tomatoes. Mince the garlic, chop down the Onions, Basil and the Coriander. Keep these ingredients near you so that you do not have to run around for each one of them.

In a salad bowl, pour in the tomatoes and onions. Mix them well to get an even taste. Sprinkle the garlic, basil and coriander. Top up with salt and pepper according to the taste that you like.

Keep the mixture for 30 minutes so it can marinate well. Before serving, mix with a spoon once again. A touch of virgin oil just before serving will not go wasted.

To add more colors, you can also add yellow cherry tomatoes which will certainly brighten up everything. The variety of colors in the salad bowl are going to make it simply irresistible.
