Serving size: 4 person
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Utensils needed: Pan, salad bowl, spoon

Ingredients:

– 100 g fussili pasta
– 1/2 kg Swiss chards
– 1 red pepper
– 4 tablespoon vinaigrette (buy from the local shop)
– Freshly ground black pepper for seasoning

Instructions

  • 1

Cook the pasta as instructed on its package on the backside. This will include boiling it in the pan till tender. Drain the water and let the pasta cool down.

  • 2

While the pasta is cooking, remove the stems of the chard and then slice it into thin pieces, ready to add to the pasta. Take the seeds out of the red pepper and then chop it up.

  • 3

Put the pasta to a mixing bowl. Add the red pepper and Swiss chard to it. Toss well so that the ingredients mix together well. It is time for the vinaigrette now. Keep pouring it in sparingly until you get the quantity you want. Be very careful with this process as it can ruin the entire taste for you.
