Sympathy Email to Sister

It is a moral obligation for you to be there for your sister when she has suffered a great loss or going through a tough time. If there is not much you can do for her, then the least you can do is to be there for her and offer her your sympathy. Send her a sympathy email to let her know that you are there for her in the time of tribulation and distress.

While writing a sympathy email to sister, offer her your deepest condolences in the opening paragraph.

In the second paragraph, tell your sister that you want nothing more than to be right there next to her and help her deal with the loss.

In the final paragraph, remind your sister how much you love her and will always be there for her.

    Dear Tracy,

I was shocked to hear about the news of Gary’s death. I am extremely sorry for not being with you right now, but know this for certain that you are all I have in my mind right now. I am gravely saddened by the news of Gary’s death and pray that he gets the highest place in paradise.

This life is temporary and we all have to depart from this world one day or another. This is a depressing truth, but a reality nevertheless. I pray to God to give you the strength to cope with the huge loss.

My dear sister, I want you to remember that I am and will always be there for you. Even though there is no way I can fill the void created in your life by Gary’s death, I will become your strength and help you make it through this ordeal.

    With lots of love,

    Eric

    Dear [Recipient’s Name],

I have no words to express just how deeply sorry I feel about your divorce. I cannot even imagine the amount of pain that you must be feeling right now. I just wish I was there right beside you right now to give you a hug and comfort you.

My dear sister, I have always found you doing everything you can to keep Mike happy, but he has always been so demanding and ungrateful. His alcohol addiction has resulted in a lot of pain for you, yet you endured everything for the sake of your marriage and children. However, if this was the eventual fate of your marriage with Mike, then understand that this is exactly how God had planned it to end.

I want you to know that I am and will always be there for you whenever you need me. I am trying to get a few days off from work so I can come to you and help you deal with the divorce. You are a strong woman. I have full faith in your capability to hold your own in this time of difficulty.

    With lots of love,

    [Sender’s Name]
