Telephone Interview Email

There are certain cases when an applicant is short listed for the interview in an organization but it cannot take place in time as the person who has to take the interview is not available. In recent times, there has been a solution to this problem and many companies have opted for a Telephone Interview.

When writing a Telephone Interview Email, congratulate the applicant first on being short listed in the first paragraph. In the second paragraph, mention the date and time of the interview and in the concluding text, wish the candidate all the luck for the interview.
