Thai Beef Salad with Papaya Recipe

Good food has been a great pleasure for human race since existance. This Asian delight may not be that easy to make but it is surely worth the effort. An amazing mixture of beef and exotic Asian sauces make this salad an obvious choice when deciding a menu that you want to make exquisite. Grilled beef slices dipped into a dressing rich in sauces and fresh vegetables that include papaya is a sure treat to your guests and even to yourself. Preparation time: 40 minutes
Utensils: Oven, bowl, spoon and platters

Ingredients:

– 2 sirlion steaks

Marinade:

– 2 tablespoon oyester sauce
– 2 tablespoon soya sauce
–  1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 2 tablespoon sugar (brown)

Salad:

– 1 cup beans
– 2 large bowls salad greens
– 1 cup fresh coriander
– 1 cup fresh papaya (cubes)
– 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

Dressing:

– 3 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1.5 tablespoon soya sauce
– 1 tablespoon brown sugar
– 2 tablespoon fish sauce
– 1/2 tablespoon pepper

    Make the marinade first. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir well so that the sugar dissolves. Pour this over the meat and place in the refrigerator to marinate.

    Make the dressing. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Prepare the salad ingredients. Toss together the salad and the dressing. Do a taste check and increase any ingredient according to taste preference.

    When marinated, grill the steak in a grill rack turning it over once in a while for all the sides to get cooked.

    Make portions out of the salad in bowls or platters. Slice the steak thinly and add to each portion. Time to feast!!!
