Kids find drawings, sketches and colouring books as a great means to keep themselves busy. They can spend hours and hours on colouring the characters in colouring books. If they are the creative sort, you can also encourage them to draw their favourite characters themselves and then colour them. -

Using oil paints to draw chart papers of their favourite drawings can also be an engaging experience for the children. Just make sure you keep an eye on what the kids are up to when it comes to painting since it can get quiet messy. -
