Tiramisu Parfaits Recipe

Tiramisu Parfaits are delicious and one among the all-time favourite summer desserts for many. This mouth-watering finale is a big hit at any occasion like Holiday dinners, Valentine’s Day, Birthday parties and social gatherings. You can serve this fresh dessert throughout the year. It is better to present Tiramisu Parfaits in pretty parfait glasses to make it more attractive towards your guests. In addition to being delicious and rich, Tiramisu Parfaits look very pretty with a drizzle of pure dark chocolate, sprinkle of mini chips or cocoa on top.

Ingredients (serves 6 people and takes approximately 40 minutes)

(4-1/2 teaspoons) instant coffee granules

(1/3 cup) boiling water

(2 cups) cold fat-free milk

(2-ounce) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix

(4-ounce) fat-free cream cheese

(3-ounce) split and cubed ladyfingers

(2 cups) fat-free whipped topping

(2-tablespoon) miniature chocolate chips

(1-teaspoon) baking cocoa

    Put the 4-1/2 teaspoons instant coffee granules into a cup and add boiling water to it. Stir until dissolve and set it aside to cool at room temperature.

    Combine the cold fat-free milk and sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix into a large mixing bowl and stir quickly for around two minutes. Set this mixture aside for another 2 minutes or until soft-set.

    Take another large mixing bowl and place the fat-free cream cheese in it. Beat the cream cheese for until smooth and soft. Now, gradually fold in the pudding.

    Place the split-cubed ladyfingers in a large bowl, and add the coffee to it. Set it aside for five minutes.

    Take six parfait glasses and distribute the half of the ladyfinger cubes among them. Top each of the parfait glass with one-cup whipped topping, half of the pudding mixture, and 1-tablespoon chocolate chips.

    Cover the glasses with plastic wrap and refrigerate them for almost 8 hours or overnight. Dust your glasses with backing cocoa right before serving.
