One of the many mistakes that we commit is ignoring our problems. If you keep telling yourself that you are fine, when in fact you are not, than one day you will break down.

Keeping everything inside is not easy. If you have well wishers around you, tell them about your problems. You will feel light and they might be able to give you an appropriate solution or tell you that your insecurities are baseless.
