University of Notre Dame London
The University of Notre Dame London is a sub branch of the University of Notre Dame United States. Located at the Trafalgar square in a majestec, imposing Edwardian building, this branch is known as the London Centre. It started off in 1968 with just the Law school opening a study abroad program there. After its consolidation in 1981, the colleges of Arts & Letters and Business & Engineering also opened their study abroad programs in London. The London centre now accommodates more than 350 Notre Dam students in its various academic programs.This campus has the advantage of being in London, a city rich in diversity and culture, which gives the students exposure to new ideas, views and expands their intellectual horizons.

Degrees and Programs offered at University of Notre Dame London:
Undergraduate Program:
Each semester, 130 Notre Dam students attend courses at the London centre. These courses aim at building their comprehension about the cultural and global importance of London apart from the technical studies. Students choose from a list of courses that are in accordance with their interest and degree requirements.
Summer Engineering Program:
The essence of this program is to provide international exposure to professional engineers. It is a valuable opportunity to learn about global technologies and also their implications on the social level. The courses offered in this program are especially designed keeping these objectives in mind.
Notre Dam Law Centre:
Fully accredited by the American Bar Association, this program offers 35 law students to spend their second year in London and get full credit for it. Students of the LLM program can take benefit out of it and get a chance to study European, British and American Law at one time. The Law centre also offers a Summer Law Program that allows you to take upto fouteen hours of academic credit. -

Facilities at University of Notre Dame London:
The London Centre hosts state-of-the-art libraries, fully updated computer laboratories and comfortable classrooms. There are separate common lounges for students and faculty. Each lounge has television, vending machines and table tennis tables. The inner courtyard provides a sheltered and peaceful space for students to spend their free time. The centre is in close proximity to National gallery, National Portrait Gallery, a number of libraries and the university campuses of King's College and London School of Economics. This campus can also be conveniently accessed by using the public transport.
Students live in self-contained flats in Conway Hall which is located on the South Bank in Central London. Each flat has an equipped kitchen where they can cook for themselves. -

By Tube: The Leicaster Square Tube Station is the nearest tube service available and most students use this for transport. From the station head south on the Charing Cross and follow A400.
