Biodiesel
Vegetable oil and animal fat can be converted to form biodiesel and it can be effectively used to run diesel engines. This fuel has the advantage that it can be mixed with petroleum at any degree. The US Environmental Protection Agency has identified that biodiesel can be sold across the countries and a new market can be established for this fuel. -

Ethanol
Ethanol is actually a type of alcohol which is produced by the fermentation of corn, grains or other waste material. On a larger scale, ethanol is produced by reacting hydrogen and steam under high pressure and temperature. It can be chemically extracted from ethylene by the process of hydration.
