Ingredients:
Brown rice flour1/2 cup soy flour: 1 cup
Sugar: 1/4 cup
Packed brown sugar: 1/4 cup
Tapioca flour: 1/4 cup
Buckwheat flour: 1/4 cup
Baking cocoa: 1/4 cup
Baking powder: 3 teaspoons
Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
Eggs: 2
Buttermilk: 2/3 cup
Fat-free milk: 1/3 cup
Butter, melted: 2 tablespoons
Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
Miniature semisweet chocolate chips, divided: 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons

    Wash all the utensils before starting the recipe.

    Take a bowl and put all the ingredients in it. First add slight water and put eggs in it. Whisk the mixture and add vanilla, milk and slight sugar in it.
