Whipped Cream Frosting Recipe
Whipped Cream is a common ingredient used in quite a few dishes. It is often used over cakes, ice-creams, shakes, candies and some people use it with fruits as well. It looks really nice and appetizing, especially when used as a topping over something. Not even does it look nice to the eye, but its taste is simply out of this world.
However, most people do not like whipped cream because it is drips over while eating anything. It is a foamy ingredient rather than a solid one, which makes it difficult to eat and children really make a mess of it.
There is nothing to be worried about though, as this issue can be resolved by frosting the whipped cream.

Instructions
-
1
Make sure the bowl and cup are cold
It is important to keep the utensils cold before starting the process of frosting whipped cream. The ideal way would be to put them in the refrigerator for 5 to 10 minutes and then begin with the recipe. -
2
Add 2 tablespoons of water in the cup
Take a couple of tablespoons of cold water and pour them into a cup. -
3
Sprinkle gelatin into water
Next step is to take one spoon of gelatin and add it to the cup of cold water. Do not stir the mixture and allow it to settle down for a few minutes. -
4
Heat the water-gelatin mixture
Once the mixture settles down, it should be heated for a few seconds. It is ideal to stir gelatin while heating it, so a microwave should be avoided for this process. -
5
Add one cup of cream into a bowl and mix other ingredients with it
While the other mixture gets ready, take one cup of cream and add it to a bowl. Add a couple of tablespoons of powdered sugar and non-fat dry milk powder to it and then whip it vigorously for a couple of minutes.
Add a melted marshmallow and 2 tablespoons of instant dry vanilla pudding mix to the cream and then whip it continuously. -
6
Mix gelatin to the whipped cream
Finally, mix both the mixtures of the cream and gelatin and stir them continuously. You will now get the frosted whipped cream, which can be used over different dishes.
