Its location is on Whitechapel High Street in the area of Aldgate in London. Since more than 100 years, the gallery has been a great attraction for tourists that come from around the world, throughout the year. The dinning room offers a wide range of good quality food and beverages to its visitors in a perfectly modern British environment. It serves visitors with a great list of dine-in options and hot & cold drinks. It remains busy during the days from 11 AM to 6 PM in general; however, on special events and days it may remain open till 09pm.

    Operational Hours

    On Monday the restaurant remains closed. On Tuesday & Wednesday, the timings are 11:00AM to 06:00PM and for Thursday, it serves during11:00AM to 09:00PM. From Friday to Sunday, the restaurant operates from 11:00AM to 06:00PM.

    How to Get to Whitechapel Gallery Restauant

    By Tube:
    Aldgate East tube station is located at just 2 minutes walk from this restaurant. It has been under maintenance since 2007, after the collapse of Metronet, but Aldgate Tube station is still used to travel to this area and it is at 5 minutes walk from Whitechapel Gallery Restaurant. In case of driving, move southeast on Aldgate High St/A11 towards Minories/A1211, and then take a left turn on Whitechapel High St/A11 to find Whitechapel Gallery Restaurant on your left.     By Bus:
    Aldgate Bus station is located just adjecent to the location of the Whitechapel Gallery. It is managed by the Transport for London, and Aldgate Area in London is served by this bus station. Bus route numbers 40, 67, 115, 254 and N253 are available to come and go from there.
