Wood Lane Tube Station London
Working on Circle and Hammersmith & City Lines, Wood Lane Tube station started its operations on 13 June 1864 under the supervision of the Metropolitan Railway. The station is located in the White City area of London and serves approximately 3.35 millions passengers every year. To serve the growing number of commuters, the station underwent a major renovation in 2005. The London Administration completely renewed the station in order to start work on the Westfield shopping centre.
The station has its entrance and exit on the same side from Wood Lane road but provides only a few facilities which include ticket halls, lifts, gates and waiting room.
