Yoga Exercises for Beginners at Home

    To learn yoga, do not try to learn as much exercise immediately and master the keys to each of them. During the development of these keys you will find muscles that you can let go, while maintaining the position.

    First of all, master the mountain pose above all the preliminary exercises. Put your feet together (feet should touch the ground and knees together), tighten your thigh muscles, straighten your back, lower your hands with palms facing inward, along the body. Gently lift your head and look straight ahead, concentrating on the centre of your body. Remain in this position for 1-2 minutes.

    Take the right leg back, the distance between the feet should be about one meter. Expand your right foot 90 degrees and rest against the outside of the floor and the left knee should be in line with the heel.
